Instagram - How I Finally Gave Up

No, I did not delete my Instagram and I don’t intend doing so. Quite the contrary is true - you will see more videos, photographs and stories than ever before - so follow along!

But I gave up on fighting the Instagram algorithm. Up to now, I posted series of images and then a title card post as a separator. While I really love how the feed looks - it is really nice and structured - it really impacted my reach in a very negative way.

Because of course, people did not “like” the title card very often. And then Instagram was like “Oh yeah, every third photo of Thomas is really bad, so better not show his stuff too often”.

Now, after two years of negatively impacting my online presence, I gave up. No more title cards, good bye structured feed.
