2. Test Data
2.1. Color Rendition Index
Overall, the CRI values range from good to very good – a commendable feat given the price tag. Only at 5.600 Kelvin, the TCS R9 (“deep reds”) is a bit low with a CRI of 78.
Across the whole CCT range, skin tone reproduction is definitely good enough for video blogging and general content creation, as well as for most productions.
2.2. Output
97 Lux at 1m when set to 5.600 Kelvin and 100% brightness.
50.000 Lux at 0.03m when set to 5.600 Kelvin and 100% brightness.
2.3. Battery Runtime
1h 45min at 20ºC when set to 5.600 Kelvin and 80% brightness.
3. Features
In CCT mode, the set Kelvin-setting correlates very closely to the actual measured CCT.
It is noteworthy that both in the CCT and Effects modes, the light output is adjustable from 1% to 100%.
